We have enjoyed the real estate business for many years, not only as agents, but as home owners and investors.  Having lived in various communities around the greater Columbus area, we can confidently assist you in the selling or purchasing of your home or investment property.  Our experience has taken us from Johnstown to Westerville to Marysville to Groveport to Gahanna and places in between.

Who We Are

Jerri has lived in Central Ohio all her life.  Phil has made Central Ohio his primary residence since graduating from The Ohio State University.  

Working as Agents with Key Prop-erties Realtor in Johnstown has been a great match for us.  The small agency atmosphere fits our personalities perfectly.  We try to encompass that personal, friendly feeling with all our clients as well.  Because, we want you to be more than just a client.
